I have to discuss how she changes role, including body language etc. and talk about how it varies in 4 different films
What's probably the best 4 films to pick?
And how can I structure the essay correctly?

I would look at four films that cross her career. Probably start with Hackers, then Girl, Interrupted, Life or Something Like It, and either Beowulf or Wanted. Movies that will give you a wide variety.

For the essay, you can either structure it by film, then characteristics, or characteristics then film, which is how I'd do it. Your first section would be, say, body language, and would discuss how she adapts her body language to each film. Second section would be on, say, her accent or overall demeanor, broken down by film. The other way would be to go film by film, dissecting each one.
