What is the difference between a "Milspec" Glock 18C and an "Austria" Glock 18C?

I found a glock with the trademark "milspec." Is that authentic and real or.... I don't know what the difference is?
Why should I laugh at them?

All Glock's are marked "Austria" as that is where they are made. I have been a Glock certified armorer for almost 20 years, I have handled and used a number of Glock 18 machine pistols. I have never seen a Glock of any model marked "Milspec". Sounds like an airsoft or replica toy of some type.

Edit: Now that you posted a link, it is definitely a toy, not a real Glock, so those markings mean whatever that manufacturer wants them to mean. They don't have anything to do with a real Glock. You should specify whether or not you are talking about a real gun in your questions.
