How to go about organizing my room?

My room is a mess... My closet is full of stuff I don't even know if I want anymore. It seems like every time I go about cleaning it or organizing it I just get lost or tired and give up because I don't know where to start at all. I'm moving out and going to college this year and I still have old barbie dolls in my closet that I have no idea what to do with. I don't know where to start. Any ideas or plans?

Well you should start off with putting everything you dont use/wear in a separate box.
than you can go threw the box and put it in a keep or throw away pile.
you can just store the "keep" stuff in the garage or under your bed if it fits lol
and the throw away pile you can do just that >>> throw it away << or donate it or even have a garage sale ?
