9 month old boy is refusing to drink from a bottle and eats minimal amounts of jar food?

My Little guy was a 26 week preemie weighing 1pound 14 ounces. He's had a hard time maintaining body weight. I pumped and he ate breast milk through a bottle until he could latch on to me. That lasted a month before he started really loosing weight at 8 months old. He is 9 - almost 10 months old now and he gets a bottle, but in the last 4 days since his Synagis shots, he is absolutely refusing bottles and jar fruits (of which he used to looooove) I tried apple wheels, i went back to his preemie formula, i added applesauce to his bottles, milk to his cereal.....nothing works! He also wasn't sleeping at night....again all of sudden, so i put a wedge to incline his mattress up and wedges to hold him from rolling down.....guess what? He slept all night! My question is does this sound like a reaction to the shots, reflux from his feedings, or is it a normal phase? Thanks you guys!

my baby after her six months shots ran a fever and also refused to eat. I slipped bottles with rice cereal in on her when she was half asleep so she's get her calories. after a few days she was back to her normal self.

right now she is 8 and half months and started pushing her bottle away and spitting her solids back at me and refused to eat. what been working for me now is I have to eat in front of her to get her interested cause then she wants what I have and I have her plate ready and she eats well.
