I am looking for a tv movie I saw in the 90s?

From what I remember there was a little girl who had this doll which turned into some kind of butterfly fairy. For some reason I remember the fairy's name being Ooligoo or something that sounds like that but I am not sure. I think they were trying to save some butterflies. Anyway, I can't find it anywhere and really hope someone can help me figure this out. Thanks!
