How do I make cargo pants look girlie?

Hey every one! I live near the mountains and me and my husband are all about camping, hiking and kayaking. I work as a Vet Tech so it has been a while since I have had to wear professional clothing. Well, my sister in law is the ultimate girlie girl! I own a few pairs of cargo pants that I love..but I wish I could be more girlie. How do I wear my cargo pants in a girlie fashion? Thanks!!!

Cargo pants? Hmmm. Take a rubber band; Put it around your ankle then pull it over your pants just about an inch from the footing. Then, roll them up. Add a cute scarf around your waist. Like... take a square scarf, fold it into a triangle and tie it. (:
