i need WHITE ELEPHANT ideas. When i mean ideas i mean the most creative ideas ever.?

OK last year the winner was a barbie doll that was still in the box and they took black marker and put hair all over it and it came with shaving cream and a razor. Also house slippers made out of pads. I need something CREATIVE!!! that i can make and it would be funny funny funny haha PLEASE HELP

I bought plastic meat (the kind you would use in a play kitchen.) this year. I go for random weird gifts instead of mean/funny.
With my youth group, we've been passing around a stuffed white elephant for a few years.
One time, I gave somebody friendship/caring/sharing cassette tapes that I listened to when I was six.
So, I probably wasn't helpful...but I'm sure you'll find something. Good luck and merry christmas.
(my grandma told me their white elephant group has been passing around a 3-cup bra for several years...weird, but it would be funny if you could get a hold of one somehow.)
