Do you pay your sitter the full day rate even though she drops your child off to school and picks her up?

I aksed earlier, but people seemed to think that I was having a sitter in. I just hired a sitter. She will watch my daughter for alot of weekends and alot of school days. My child will be dropped off and picked up from school and taken to her place. We had a set daily rate. Do I pay less for the school days because she has most the day off? Or do I pay the full becaseu she is picking up and dropping off?

less, but not much less... just enough to cover gas and any treats that she may give.
