Where can I take Doll Maker classes in college?

I live in Houston/Katy Texas and I really want to be a doll maker, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of doll making college stuff....I know there's some stuff out there! If you know where to take some classes, it would help a lot. I tried Lone Star but the online site doesn't really help much.
I would guess it's under Artisan Crafts or the Art department.

Also, I HATE school so I don't think this requires 4 years to make a porcelain doll, right?

Doll making is a craft. Crafts are only taught in colleges incidental to an associated program, such as 3D art. People who have art training who are making dolls have done so to make an art statement (like Ron Mueck who made animation figures before turning to his huge and extra small human figures)
You would be better off getting a copy of American Crafts for the ads on classes or otherwise looking online for short courses in doll making and choosing among those for the kind of dolls that interest you. You should join doll making discussion boards and after lurking for a while ask on the boards or message individuals to ask where classes are offered that cover your interests. It is likely that most of them are far from Texas, which politically and educationally does not encourage the "liberal arts" or "creative crafts" compared to other states. One place I would have referred you to has recently shut down after years in operation.
You might also query "doll shows" and see who is making dolls these days and ask them about training places.
If you hate school, then don't get the background that way, but to have value, you will probably have to learn it elsewhere.
