Is the Lalaloopsy Doll the Next Cabbage Patch Doll?

Lalaloopsy dolls are somewhat similar to the Cabbage Patch Dolls. They are creating the same waves in the toy world as the Cabbage Patch Dolls did in the 80s. Cabbage Patch dolls had bodies made of cloth and soft vinyl was used for their faces; Lalaloopsy dolls are based on the traditional rag dolls but have plastic faces.
