You can purchase plaster casting material in your craft store or dollar store, but you could easily use a small roller gauze (dollar store, drug store) and make a thick plaster from flour and water. Dip the gauze in the plaster, apply to the limbs, let dry.

Found this website for doll medical equipment (see below). Just as medical supplies for people are not cheap, neither are the doll-sized replicas.
