is a game console the only thing kids want for this upcoming pagan holiday?

are kids now days only interested in xbox, playstation, psp go, wii ? i tried to
sell a brand new bicycle yesterday with several other items a chess set, dolls,
rollerblades remote control car hummer, basketball, baseball glove bat,
new heely's remote control helicopter, and several other items all for a 100.00 dollars no buyers whats wrong with the parents????

The parents are young enough to want the xbox, playstation, psp wii, so that's what the kids want, too. These huge companies have the money to spend on extravagant advertisements that the little toy makers don't have. Most of today's parents have office jobs that require a lot of sitting at a desk and they work long hours, so they don't have a lot of time with their kids, so it's just easier to sit in front of the boob tube or computer and let time slide by.

The items you suggested build team work and relationships and people working together to achieve a type of goal, whereas the xbox, playstation, psp go, wii allow people to be in their own little worlds without having to learn interpersonal skills.

Go figure.
