Does anyone know the name of this doll from the early 1990's?

I used to own a doll, about 30-40cm high. I owned her in the early 1990's. She has blonde shiny curly hair, black clothes with some brightly coloured panels and pockets, she had hard plastic white shoes with pink laces - these shoe ejected functional stamp rollers from the back. She also dispensed sticks too, but I'm not sure where from. She did other cool stuff as well. PLEASE HELP - I need to know her name! Thanks! x
