How do I add things from L4D to Garry's Mod?

I just got Garry's mod and was wondering how do I get L4D in there. The list of game files I can browse from include all the games I have except L4D, how do I add rag dolls also because the only thing I add right now are NPC's and they move on there own. Oh yeah last thing how do I switch from first person to third person?
Oh yeah I can't add characters from other games like CS:S, TF2, DoD, and others (Yes I do own all of them). I can only find some dumb HL items.
