How much would Sailor Moon 11 1/2 Inch Irwin Dolls be worth?

I was wondering how much the Irwin dolls would be worth together or separate, because I have Sailor Moon, Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Mercury, Tuxedo Mask and Mini Moon, all in their boxes and I've never taken them out.
