Is 60 degrees too cold to wear a dress with sandals?

it's supposed to be about 61 degrees tomorrow, which is a nice break from all the snow and cold weather, and it's a springy dress with short sleeves and it goes a few inches above the knee and i was planning ti wear with sandals.

60 is sandals appropriate. Though I wouldn't wear a tank top or a bikini yet In my town people wear sandals in 40 and 50 degree weather. So go ahead
