Does anyone know any ways to fill out the shoulders in a men's dress suit?

I just graduated not too long ago from college and I have a really important interview in a few days in San Francisco... Anyway, I have a great suit, but I've lost some size on my frame from my football days and I need to know if anybody out there has any idea about how to fill out the shoulders in my suit. Do they even sell fake shoulders any more? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Yeah they sell shoulder pads.. not sure where though. Maybe a fabric store or something?
