Sylvanian Family Toys are the most popular toys among children. The reasons are many:

There were beds for each Sylvanian Families character, tables and chairs to be kept in the dining room, kitchen, toilet and sometimes also a backyard. The children just love making stories with the Sylvanian characters according to their imagination. They become the head of the family and manipulate all the work done in the Sylvanian household.

Where can I find 1/6 scale doll family?

I bought my daughter a 1/6 scale dollhouse for Christmas. Yes, I know it fits Barbie dolls, but I'd like to find a doll family. (Mom, dad, at least one daughter) Any ideas?

Neither of them are made any more, but the former is the most recent starring Barbie's friend Midge as the mother. Both of these series had AA [African American] versions, as well.

Otherwise, you could build a family from a 12" GI Joe or Power Team* figure & any "barbie" or a 12" GI Jane** and grab a Kelly to be their daughter.

*Can be found at some Big Lots & Dollar General stores, during Xmas. Mine are able to wear Ken clothes.

**These were made as late as the '90s. Some people put Barbie heads on Jane bodies so "she" could have good looks AND articulation.
