As stated before in my earlier article, I had some of the ill habits that most people have growing up in today's society as well as some of the eating disorders that happen when you are in a relationship. You know when someone is an enabler and they don't help you but hinder you in your process of trying to make yourself a better you. In my case as of last year I was with a woman who never really motivated me in doing the things that would make me a better me. One of the things that you have to do is eliminate the individuals in your life if you can, that hurt you as a person. They don't compliment you when you make little advancements or achieve small goals. They don't give you that pat on the back or even try to do the things with you to show their support. Those are the things that make you want to keep pushing ahead. So when someone calls you fat boy or fat girl, know where they stand in your life as a whole. Never and I repeat, never let anyone put you down or keep you from reaching your weight goals or in life.
We all have everyday battles that we either win or lose in the fight for being healthy. Now when I say healthy, I don't mean skinny as hell until your rib cage shows. I don't look like that and I don't expect you too either. LOL. No, what I'm talking about is just having good visits when you go get your physical and the doctor doesn't have any bad news to tell you. When you feel good going to or even leaving the doc's office. No high blood pressure, no high cholesterol and things of that nature. I've been there, trust me. It's not a good feeling. When the doctor told me at 25 that I had high cholesterol and I'd be dead by 35 if I didn't watch it, kinda woke me up. It really didn't kick in until I hit 30 and realized when I sat on the toilet that my legs were falling asleep faster than normal, or when I started noticing that when I took my socks of the imprints from the socks stayed in my legs longer than normal. Those kinds of things make you think. The worse of it was when I couldn't get or keep a strong erection anymore like I use to. I was like WOW! Its time to do something fast! I knew at that point that I was having some serious blood circulation problems.
So I really don't have to tell you how motivated I got after that. I look at it like this. If nothing like the potency of a male organ doesn't move you men and women out there, then nothing will. I speak from experience folks not fiction. That also goes for the women as well. Women lose their sex drive a lot of the time because of lack of energy as well. They are too tired to make love these days from working so much or the kids. In all actuality people just don't realize that just by changing your diet or walking, running, or bicycling several minutes a day with a few vitamins will do just fine in building energy levels as well as lose weight. Sounds easy right? Wrong! Takes a little more than that when there is a Mcdonalds, Wendys, Burger King or Five Guys on almost every corner. How can we win? When all the food that's good for you cost an arm or a leg. Let's not even go into the organic stores. Boy! Half that stuff doesn't even taste good anyway. You feel me? Me myself, I'm a meat and potatoes type of guy so I know I'm not trying to eat rabbit food all day long.
Anyway, that's just my take for today and I'll have more articles coming that will help and motivate someone out there. So with that being said. Stay focused my freinds!
