Health and fitness with exotic time club

As of the growing obesity these days especially among the youth and the working class, it is becoming imperative to take care of one's own health. We need to be fit in order to be active. In today's changing scenario when we have our working hours from 7 in the morning to 7 in the evening , we don't really enjoy the nature- when it is at its best, i.e. early in the morning. Our people have learnt how to adopt the eating habits of the western culture, but they have sidelined their fitness work. Today, we have got Gymnasiums and health clubs in our country. These health clubs are a great help for the working people and for the students too. Anybody can step in and work out at time of the day, which is a very convenient and helpful way to remain fit and healthy. These days, all the multinational companies have built up their own gyms in the office premises itself. So as to keep their employees fit and active and it has been made compulsory for them to work out and eat the prescribed health food. Fitness is important as it is a great "STRESS BUSTER" for today's generation. From the daily working monotonous routine to our unhealthy eating and living habits, we don't find time to keep us fit, but these health clubs, have shown us a ray of hope towards a brighter, healthier and active INDIA!!!... Seeing others working out in the health clubs, we also want to work in order to get a gret body, which is today's demand!  And upon focusing on the optimistic side of these health clubs, we also get to socialize and get be friendly with people.

It is said "Soul mind rests in a Soul Body". And so the health clubs have adopted this mantra, to make us realize the importance of a fit and a healthy body in this ever-growing and paced world. Leaving the western culture our own incarnation of "YOGA" from the ethnic 'YOG' is the best way to be fit.  Yoga releases our tensions, keeps us fit and helps keeping our body and mind active by curing various diseases like hypertension , back problems, migraine and even Cancer...Our Indian sand and its up growth has the power to cure even the deadliest diseases. Drinking loads of water also helps us to shape up and gets a different beautiful glow on our face!!! Even the natural fitness techniques like cycling and swimming are healthy, cheap and with "NO SIDE EFFECTS" are naturally designed to keep us healthy.
