when studyin fashion is it better to learn french or spanish?

I thought about learning French because Paris is the fashion capital of the world. But i read the spanish is the next most common language after english. Which one is easier to learn>?

You should learn both. Spanish is easier to start with, and "Hispanic" designers and markets are very much on the rise, but French is also indispensable for the world of haute couture and will be easier to learn if you already have Spanish "under your belt," so to speak.
