How do I do my hair/makeup for punk rock barbie look for halloween?

Iv decided to be "Punk rock barbie" tomarrow...or just "rock barbie...
Anyway Im wearing layers of pink and black shirts with a white one that says "barbie" on top of them....a dark pink bandana around my neck...white destroyed mini skirt with a black belt with pink studs around it...wallet chain pink leg warmers with white heels...and I also have black arm warmers..but I dont know if I will wear those too or not

How should I make it so my hair looks messy but nice? Like a messy rocker look? (I have very long blonde hair)

Also how should I do my eye makeup?

I want to look barbie gorgeous but still rockin!!

here's the jam. you need to get some really good hairspray, and some pommade. take your hair and rat it, using a small toothed comb, until it has a little bit of volume. spray the hairspray at the roots, and then continue to rat it, especially in the back. use the pommade liberally until it has a slightly greasy look, but more of a ratted look. (by the way, use as much hairspray as it takes. you can shower tomorrow.)

as for eye makeup, first use liquid eyeliner to draw on your top lid from the inside of your eye, coming out the sides and curving up slightly for about half a centimeter. then (since you've still got to rock the barbie) apply a generous amount of pink eyeshadow in the crease of your eyelid and right on your lower eyelid. wet the brush down so the makeup sticks better, and hairspray your face. seriously. it'll keep the makeup on all night. adding gold might make the colors rad too.
