Can anyone identify this doll?

When I was a little girl in the early 80s, I had a doll and now I can't remember her name. She was about 8 inches long. She was dressed in a soft pink dressing gown with a bonnet. The clothing couldn't be removed. She had blue eyes and a few blonde curls sticking out of the front of the bonnet. On the front of her gown on one side there was a small sewed on decal that may have been a sun and cloud or a rainbow and cloud. Anyone know the doll I'm talking about?
