Is the grand ole opry and the ryman the same?

i was wondering if the grand ole opry and the ryman auditorium the same or are they in differnt locations

No, they are not the same. The historic Ryman Auditorium is located in downtown Nashville. It was the original home of The Grand Ole Opry. Some years ago, a new Grand Ole Opry was built out at the old site of Opryland U.S.A.amusement park. It is located VERY close to The Grand Ole Opry Hotel out on Briley Parkway in Nashville. The old Ryman Auditorium was renovated a few years ago, and is now used as a VERY NICE concert venue in downtown Nashville.
