Every dish they serve is accompanied with two separate dishes, for example if you are having the Chicken Korma, it is served with pilau rice and saag aloo. I don't know what the trick is in this case but... A middle school girl debunked this type of "healing" about 10 years ago for her science fair project. It was a national story back then. She won the competition.

I can't remember the whole thing but she simply set up a blind test. People were saying they could feel the "energy" of the "healer" as they passed their hands over their body. In the experiment, the "healer" would work on (pass their hands over but not touch) one of 2 arms the subjects had slipped though a divider that they couldn't see through. They were asked which arm the healer was working on and the experiment showed slightly less than 50% correct answers. This showed that not only was the effect not felt but the results were slightly less than simply randomly selecting ones right or left arm which would produce a 50% correct result.
