Where can I find a replacement glass panel for a table lamp?

Electric table lamp has individual glass panels, they are not stained glass. They have the design of a butterfly with a blue background on each panel. Lamp holds three small chandelier bulbs. the word Kor is on one of the other panels. Have been unable to find anything online.

try googling touch lamps. they have many similar panel lamps. if they don't have what your looking for ask them if they know where you might be able to buy them.
