What Should We Make Him Wear?

One of my friends has been talking smack about girls for months now. Well two of my friends and I were wrestling around. We got him hogtied and posed for some pictures with him. He's begging us not to show anybody those pictures and we told him we wouldn't if he wore an outfit of our choice to my birthday party in 3 weeks and sang 3 karaoke songs. He really deserves to be embarrassed. One of the songs is going to be I'm a Barbie Girl, but we need some ideas for the other 2. We also want a fun girly outfit with accessories that no guy would want to be caught dead in. We're making him pay for half of it as my birthday present, but we can't go over about $100. Any ideas for a dress, shoes, lingerie, and accessories that we can pull together on a budget for his singing debut?
