How do little people carry a normal size baby?

I was just curious, I watch little people big world.

Most little people (people with dwarfism) have arms and legs shorter than the average persons while thier torso is the same size as an average person..... Since the baby is carried in the abdomen (torso) they have just as much room as average person for carrying a child...

Since the size of the area for carrying a average sized baby (6-9 lbs) is available they have no difficulty carrying... There are sometimes complications in vaginal delivery however due to the shape of thier hips.. C-section is often the only safe means of delivery... When a womans hips are misshapped (not shaped normally) it can mean that the opening in the pelvic bones is also misshapped making it difficult and even impossible for a baby to pass through... Scoliosis is also very common in people with dwarfism which can lead to other complications making a vaginal delivery less likely...
