Little Things

What is your little thing?

On a very regular basis,i come across a lot of young Nigerians who are angry with the situation of things in the country .A good number of them even have the passion to foster change,but the issue is that most of these wonderful and intelligent young Nigerians always talk about the things they will do in the future to foster change.And i often ask the ones i come across "when will that future come?"Try answering this question and you will realize that you need to start doing something from now.It is clear that he fought a battle neither against personalities nor governments but he fought his battle against racial discrimination by publicly reminding America of what it stood for. All he did was continually ask America to be true to its dream, ideals and creed. He point was clear and simple and indisputable... If America says ALL MEN and ALL means ‘every with the exception of none', why are the blacks then excluded?

In his most popular speech, Dr Martin Luther King Jr said and I quote, ‘‘...I still have a dream, it is a dream deeply rooted in the AMERICAN DREAM...that one day this nation will rise up and live out the full meaning of its CREED; we hold this truth to be self-evident that all men are created equal... ''Also, in his last speech before his death, he said, ‘‘...All we say to America is be true to what you said on paper...somewhere I read of the FREEDOM of Assembly, somewhere I read of the FREEDOM of speech, somewhere I read...''

Doing something does not mean it should be big or be publicized on national television;it does mean that on daily basis we should become more conscious of what we do and the impact it will have on the society. it also means that we should look around for the societal oddities that arouse our 'interest' and do what we can to help the situation, no matter how insignificant our effort may seem and whether we are being 'noticed' or not. Let us endeavor to be consistent with those little effort until they form part of who we are and we represent. parts of my little things are 'volunteering' and 'youth development' what is your own little thing?

What little things can I do to arouse my boyfriend while watching a movie or just in general?

Were not official yet but we have a thing, what little things could I do while hanging out that are not blatantly obvious? Ex: movements, things with my hair, etc

Accidentally brush up against him. With an apology and a little smile of course. A little poke in the side when he isn't looking. Again with the smile. Let's face facts. Almost any guy is as easy to arouse as turning on a light switch. It rarely takes much to get that motor running.
