Normally when I woman wears baggy cloths they either just don't know how to dress themselves or they are self conscious.
Every girl has a time where they are self conscious about their appearance in one way or another.
I use to think I was overweight so I wore a lot of baggy shirts and hoodies, but now I'm comfortable and wear suitable cloths that extenuate what I have.
