90's doll made by Mattel...HELP!!?

I have asked this question before, I am trying to find a doll I had when I was little. I had it in 1990, but i think it came out somewhere between 1988 and 1990. She has blonde hair and a ponytail. She has a white top with black polka-dots and a hot pink skirt. She rides a bike with training wheels and you can take them off. I am pretty sure its wasn't battery opperated, I think you wound it up somewhere in the back. Please help me figure this out!!
