How do you take one of those mini DVD and make it into a normal size DVD?

My professor is insisting it be the normal DVD size even though I know all damn DVD players can play the mini. I have a DVD burner on my computer but I don't have any software for it. Can you please give step by step directions on what do do and what programs I need to down load?

Stapples, Kinkos, Walgreens, Walmart offer this service. They even convert defunt VCR tapes into DVD. It may cost you just as much as buying NERO on the internet.

You can also, plug in your mini-DVD camcorder into a computer that has a DV-R and voila!
