Trying To introduce my rats to a baby rat.... not working out. help?

Ok so I have two rats ( rilo and nibs ). Nibs is the dominant one of them even though I got rilo a month before him. Anyways I bought a little baby rat yesterday because he was too cute to turn down and Nibs is always trying to bite him. Rilo is ok with him (so far) but Nib's has bitten the poor baby's tail and attacked him while I had the 3 together on the floor viciously .
I do not have them in the same cage. Rilo and Nibs share a cage. And the baby is currently in a big storage tub ( with the top off ).
How am I supposed to get them used to each other? I don't want the baby to get hurt.

Put them in the cage together and watch them. You may only want to put them together while you are watching them, then after you have been doing it for a couple days, leave them.
