Should I change my nursery set?

Earlier I registered for this neutral but very pretty and educational nursery set. I wanted something neutral so that I could use it whether I have a boy or a girl and then again when I have more children.

Should i splurge and buy a girly set and chnge my registry (one of the small items from the other set has been purchased) or should I stick with the neutral set so I could use it again if i have a boy?

If you can afford it then I would def get the first girl one, it's so cute!
