What would you call fabric that has a plain base then for example has a pattern of organza ribbon sewn on top?

I am looking for this type of fabric online but need a key word to search. Basically as an example the fabric has a base layer then it has swirls of organza ribbon sewn on top of it. What would you call this type of fabric?
