What would happen if I took my piggy bank to the bank?

okay so i have a piggy bank filled with a TON of quarters.... only quarters... no nickels dimes or pennies.... if i took my entire piggy bank the the bank, (it's halfway filled) will they be able to take all the quarters and put it how much there's worth into my bank account?
