Should I get another perm or platinum blonde tips?

Okay, last year I got a perm to make my hair straight. It stayed that way for a good amount of months, now it's getting curly and a little frizzy, but I have layers too. I've always wanted platinum blonde highlights or tips, because I have black hair and I think it looks wonderful with black hair. The problem is, it's really damadging. Is it better for me to get the perm or the tips? I just want them basically at the end of my hair.

They are both damaging and especially as you only want your hair coloured on probably the most damaged part of anyones hair - the ends!
As the chemical straightening didnt work as well as you wanted i'd prob stay away from that, but im not a fan of that service anyway.

Think about it, but atleast your ends cud be cut off. You dont want to have to do a Britney!
