Toss up between my house or Pocket Listing? Realtor told me?

What is a Pocket listing? My Realtor told me that a couple are interested in my house for sale or this other house. which he called a pocket listing? I can't find this other house on MLS. I know where it is. But there is no sign, Stating that it is even for sale.
Is it that he is trying to sell this other home under the table for someone?

Pocket Listing as I know it means a property that is NOT listed for sale on the MLS. The listing agent has the right to offer it privately to potential buyers.
