Purple Hair?

I currently have blonde hair, I have fair skin and blue eyes, would purple hair suit me? I dont know if it is something I would do but no harm in asking! I would probably want a beautiful deep purple, or are there any other cool colours that would suit me better?
Like I said, not something I am planning to do right now, purple isnt usually a colour I would think, I yes I must have that! haha. I just saw one person with purple and it didnt look tacky!
