What is an Appropriate Outfit for a Woman to Wear to the Gym?

Tank tops can be comfortable and efficient but make sure that they are long enough to keep you covered even while stretching. You may also want to invest in a long-sleeved gym jacket for the trip there and back. Especially during colder weather, a gym jacket can come in very handy when you are warming up or after cooling down. A jacket with a zip front is a favourite for gyms as it is highly versatile and adjustable.
