Depil Silk Hair Remover -- Does it Work?

I recently saw a commercial for a product called Depil Silk. It is a hair removal spray that claims you just spray it on and the hair just wipes away! Wow, really? I just had to know if this product really worked.

The Claims:

• Works on delicate areas like the face

What I Got:

After searching for a reputable place to buy Depil Silk, I ended up going with the Official Website.  I paid $23.98 total for the buy one get one offer which included two bottles of Depil Silk and two bottles of Depil Silk for the face and two cotton towels.  Not bad! They also threw in a free bath robe and a hair wrap.

In less than a week my package came.  I got alot of stuff for the money.  The two large bottles were 4 ounces and the two facial sprays were .35 fl oz.  The towels were sub par, but for what I'm using them for who cares. The bath robe was actually nice and the hair wrap was pretty neat.

The Verdict - Does it Work?

Okay, time for the big answer.  Yes, Depil Silk does work!  I decided to try my legs first, just in case something went horribly wrong I could always wear pants.  I'm not gonna lie, I have thick, dark leg hair.  It grows really fast and it's a pain to shave.  I sprayed on Depil Silk and waited 5 minutes as per the instructions.  When it was time to wipe, I was glad they had sent a towel.  In the first swipe, a ton of hair came off.  I had to wipe again to get the rest of it but it did come right off.  Pretty amazing!

The smell was actually nice.  A cool cucumber scent that felt nice on my skin.  I did not detect any chemical smell at all.  And the best part of all, no irritation.  I have pretty sensitive skin and it did not turn red or burn or anything. One of the greatest uses for the Depil Silk was my eyebrows.  My eyebrows grow fast and plucking them hurts, ALOT!  The facial spray was just the right size to get in around the eye area.  I was able to remove the hair I wanted to, and leave the hair I wanted with ease.

Final Thoughts:

I have been using Depil Silk for about a month now.  I really like it.  I like to use it before my shower. I have noticed my hair is not growing back as fast, which is wonderful.  I also used it on my husbands back and neck with wonderful results.  Several of my friends have also purchased Depil Silk because of my constant raving and they all love it to.  Depil Silk is a winner in my book!
