Which cathedral has a stained glass window of a dog named Tiglath Pileser?

I know this is a long shot...My aunt has a card which shows a stained glass window of a dog & the dog appears to be called Tiglath Pileser. The card is of a cathedral collection so the window must be in a cathedral. The manufacturers of the card don't know where the picture is from. I would very much like to know which cathedral contains the window. Anyone know?

This is something to do with the King of Assyria - 1114 BC - 1076 BC).
