What should I engrave on a pocket watch?

I'm getting my fiancé a pocket watch for Christmas. He collects and loves them, so it's an excellent gift.
However, I'd like to get it engraved with a sweet, loving sentiment.

The best I can think of is "You're Timeless To Me"
if anyone has ever seen the musical "Hairspray," you'll know it's a really romantic and funny song. However, I'm the musical buff...not so much him. He likes the movie, though.
So, the only reason I'm having any doubt is due to the musical reference. Would it still be liked and appreciated? I could get him any 'ol pocket watch and he'd love it, but I want it to be something meaningful and perhaps sentimental.

So...should I have the pocket watch say "You're Timeless To Me"?
