I cut a doll's hair, how to make it stay down?

I had a Tonner Doll whose hair was pinned up on top of her head. I took out the pins, and cut her hair. I'm happy with the way it looks, but it sticks up a little bit. Do you know of any clear molding glue/gels that I can use???
