Any World of Warcraft player want to tag-team with me?

I need someone who is starting a tank who wants to partner up with me. I have a level 23 Troll Shaman (Restoration) in server Hydraxis (US) and want to level up with someone as I heal and he/she tanks. That way raids, dungeons etc. would be easier. This may sound geeky but I don't want to do an instance with not knowing anyone. (I don't want to join a guild either.)
