I know most people wear long dresses but I'm short and from what my mom and other people online have said short dresses tend to look better on short people so do you think this dress is nice...I really like it.

Yes that is a very cute dress! It is definitely suited for a party and/or prom occasion. I know most people have this idea that you should wear long heavy gowns for proms but I think short dresses are coming back in. I am starting to notice that many girls are wearing shorter gowns more for the prom and graduation events, and I think this one you have is lovely.
Plus, it is good to look different from everyone else,,, and I bet it will be much easier for you to find another occasion to wear this dress again.
