Ummm.... that is tough. I know exactly what you are talking about. I have some of those old albums also. Typically the photos are attached to the pages with the little sticky corners holding down each corner of the photo. Those old, black pages often literally crack and fall apart with time.

Frankly, I don't know what to tell you as for replacement. That type of thing was a part of the past, just like you don't easily go out and buy a Model T Ford anymore. You might try going to a good, pro frame shop and asking. They may know of some restoration experts that could remake the album for you with that style of page, but the cost would likely not be worth it unless there is something very rare and important about the album. If it is simply an old family album, I suggest you just preserve what is left of it the best you can.
