Enjoy These Old-Fashion Summertime Desserts: Bee Chaser's Ice Cream and Summertime Iced Box Pie

Summertime and the living is easy...and old-fashion desserts are still wonderfully tasty treats!  For a delicious ice cream treat try my late mother's Bee Chaser's Ice Cream.  This ice cream is sure to please and it gets its interesting name from the honey that is a major ingredient.  The Iced Box Pie is an old recipe from 1050s Oklahoma.  The name "iced box" is a clue to the age of this recipe.

BEE CHASERS ICE CREAM
This is an old recipe from my late mother.

6 eggs
1 1/2 cups honey
2 2/3 tbsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 cans (14-oz each) sweetened condensed milk
Whole Milk

In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, honey, vanilla, salt, and sweetened condensed milk; mix well. Pour mixture into a 1 gallon ice cream freezer container. Add enough whole milk to fill the container. Freeze according to the manufacturers instructions.

SUMMERTIME ICED BOX PIE
This is an old recipe from 1950s-60s Oklahoma.

2 eggs
1 cup sugar*
1 1/2 cups pineapple
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 small pkg strawberry gelatin
1 regular size can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped

In a heavy saucepan mix together the eggs, pineapple, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add the gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Allow the mixture to cool then fold in the whipped milk. Pour the mixture evenly into the 3 crumb crusts. Chill until firm before cutting to serve.

*To cut back on sugar you can modernize this recipe by substituting Splenda Sugar Blend for the sugar.

Any idea where I can find clip art of modern or vintage strawberry shortcake in a swim/beach environment?

I am having a strawberry shortcake themed 2nd bday party for my daughter, and want to try and tie in her "swim" theme on her invitations. I have looked all over google for "strawberry shortcake beach clip art," etc... but have not found anything usable. Anyone know where I can go?
