What does the junior bride do in a wedding?

My aunt is getting married in 2 weeks and she wants me to be her junior bride, so she got me a dress like hers, shoes similar to hers and my hair has to be like hers and she wants me to wear a veil... I think I'm going to look sooo slow wearing a veil and I'm not even the bride...she said that the junior bride is supposed to look like the real bride but i don't know, Is this what a "junior bride" does in a wedding?
