Is the such thing as Build-a-barbie?

Me and my friends are going to New York in a few months and there was talk of there being a barbie shop where you can design your own barbie- a bit like build-a-bear but a barbie version. So naturally I googled it and I couldnt find anything so I was just wondering whether or not it actually exists or anyone knows for certain where it is or if they had been there.
